Truff Hot Sauce
As with many foodies the Oprah’s Favorite Hot Sauce I use seriously. If I’m coating on a hamburger bun or adding a splash of pasta the perfect sauce has the ability to either make or break a dish.
This is exactly the reason I was skeptical of Truff the brand of truffle oil-infused hot sauce that I discovered on Amazon. I am a huge fan of hot sauce and believe me, I am a sucker for anything truffle. But when I thought about it, how do you mix them? I was apprehensive about something that sounded good in concept, but would not live up to its promises in the real world. However, when I realized that the delicious sauces of Truff’s appeared on Oprah’s 2018 Favorite Things list, I made a bet by adding it to my cart. (I mean that if it’s worthy enough to be a hit with Oprah …)

When I finally decided to give the TRUFF’s White Truffle Hot Sauce a test, I discovered that my fears were completely unfounded. Let’s be clear This isn’t your usual buffalo-chicken dip hot sauce. A lot thinner than the conventional hot sauce and a creamy (but not overly thick) mixture with subtle truffle flavors and a touch of heat.
In contrast to many sauces which saturate with flavor, Truff tends to be more subtle, creating an elegant blend of ripe chili peppers organic agave nectar white truffle, and organic coriander.It’s this level of subtlety that allows it to incorporate two major flavors such as umami and spicy in one tasty bottle.
Nowadays, I put this Oprah’s Favorite Hot Sauce on anything simply because it goes with any food item. Bread chunks as well as egg scrambles, lean proteins macaroni, vegetables, and cheese – I could go on and on. If you drizzle or dip this sauce, it’s an ideal accompaniment for almost every recipe that you could imagine.
And did I mention that Truff has three choices? Although Oprah’s Favorite Hot Sauce may be the least sour of the three The black truffle sauce can elevate your meals by a few steps. If you’re unable to resist the heat The Hotter Sauce from Truff has jalapenos. However, no matter which you decide to go with, one thing’s certain: This brand should be on the top of your refrigerator.
